By accessing or using amadorrisk.com (the "Site"), submitting our contact form, or using our scheduling tools, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Site on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

Amador Risk Advisors is a DBA of JJAG Enterprises LLC and operates as an independent insurance agency based in Coral Gables, Florida. We provide insurance and risk advisory services subject to applicable licensing, carrier appointments, and state availability.

The information on this Site is general in nature and provided for educational purposes. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice, and it does not establish an advisory or fiduciary relationship. You should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.

Insurance products are subject to underwriting, eligibility, availability, and the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions of the issued policy or contract. Coverage is not bound, changed, or confirmed through this Site, email, text message, or an appointment request. Coverage is effective only when and if a policy or endorsement is issued by the applicable carrier and confirmed in writing.

The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old and located in the United States. Product and carrier availability varies by state and depends on our licensing and carrier appointments in effect at the time of a request.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in violation of any law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, related systems, or the accounts of others.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Site or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, harvest, or use automated means to collect information from the Site except as expressly permitted.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form or channel.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the design and arrangement of the foregoing — are owned by or licensed to Amador Risk Advisors and are protected by intellectual property laws. "Amador Risk Advisors" and related logos are marks of JJAG Enterprises LLC. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use; all other uses require our prior written permission.

Information you submit through the contact form, scheduling tool, email, phone, or text is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that any information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Do not submit sensitive personal information (for example, Social Security numbers, health information, or financial account numbers) through the contact form; we will request such information through appropriate channels if needed for an engagement.

The Site uses or links to third-party services, including Calendly (scheduling), Google Maps (location display), an external Insurance Gap Audit tool, and insurance carriers we work with. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy.

When you book a Business Risk Review or other appointment through our scheduling tool, the information you provide is processed by the scheduling provider and shared with us to confirm and manage the appointment. Booking an appointment does not create an insurance or advisory contract. We may reschedule or cancel an appointment if needed and will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

By submitting your contact information, you authorize us to contact you by email, phone, or text about your inquiry and related follow-ups. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of non-transactional communications at any time by replying "STOP" to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us at the address below. Certain transactional messages (for example, appointment confirmations) may still be sent while an engagement is active.

The Site and its content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any information on the Site is complete, accurate, or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amador Risk Advisors, JJAG Enterprises LLC, and their owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amador Risk Advisors, JJAG Enterprises LLC, and their owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date above. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

We may suspend or discontinue access to the Site, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.
