Privacy Policy

Effective July 22, 2026

This page is maintained by Amador Risk Advisors to explain what information we collect through this website and related tools, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is informational and does not constitute a legal opinion.

1. Introduction & Scope

Amador Risk Advisors (a DBA of JJAG Enterprises LLC, referred to as "we," "us," or "our") is an independent insurance and risk advisory firm based in Coral Gables, Florida. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information collected through amadorrisk.com, our contact form, our scheduling tools, and direct communications (email, phone, or text) with our team.

This policy does not cover the practices of third-party services we do not control, including insurance carriers, scheduling providers, or other websites we link to. Their handling of your information is governed by their own policies.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

  • Contact form submissions: name, email, phone number, inquiry type, message content, and the consent acknowledgment you submit.
  • Scheduling: when you book a Business Risk Review through our scheduling provider (Calendly), the information you enter is processed by that provider and shared with us to confirm and manage the appointment.
  • Direct communications: emails, phone calls, texts, or documents you send us as part of an inquiry or engagement.
  • Information provided during an advisory engagement: details needed to evaluate coverage, exposures, or a specific insurance program.

Information collected automatically

  • Log and device data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: used for basic site functionality and, where enabled, analytics. See Section 5.

Information from third parties

We generally do not purchase or receive personal information about you from data brokers. If you submit information through an embedded third-party tool (for example, Calendly), we receive the information you enter into that tool.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and follow up on requests you submit.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage consultations and Business Risk Reviews.
  • Provide, quote, and service insurance and risk advisory recommendations.
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve this website.
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, licensing, and recordkeeping obligations that apply to insurance producers.
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or violations of our terms or the law.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use a limited set of cookies and similar technologies to make the site work and, where enabled, to understand how it is used. These generally fall into two categories:

  • Strictly necessary: required for the site to function, such as security and basic navigation.
  • Analytics: help us understand aggregate traffic patterns and improve content.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Doing so may affect how parts of the site function.

6. Sharing & Disclosure

We share information only as needed to operate the firm and this website:

  • Service providers: vendors that host the site, deliver email, provide scheduling (Calendly), display maps (Google Maps), or provide analytics. They are only permitted to use the information to provide services to us.
  • Insurance carriers and related parties: when you engage us to quote, bind, or service coverage, we share information required for underwriting, policy issuance, and servicing.
  • Legal, regulatory, and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or regulatory authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of any person.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to customary confidentiality protections.

We do not sell your personal information.

7. SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide a mobile number and consent to text messages, we may contact you by SMS about your inquiry, appointment, or active engagement.

  • No sharing of mobile numbers: mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are shared only with the service providers needed to deliver the messages you have requested, or where required by law.
  • Message frequency: message frequency varies and depends on your inquiry and any active engagement. These are conversational, one-to-one messages rather than a recurring marketing campaign.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply to messages you send and receive.
  • Opting out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not affect our ability to contact you by email or phone.
  • Consent is optional: SMS consent is separate from any other consent and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

8. Third-Party Services & Links

This site uses or links to third-party services, including Calendly (scheduling), Google Maps (location display), and an external Insurance Gap Audit tool. These services and any external websites we link to are governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to service any resulting engagement, and to meet legal, accounting, tax, licensing, and regulatory recordkeeping requirements applicable to insurance producers. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we handle. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us at the email address below.

11. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, which may include:

  • Requesting access to the information we hold about you.
  • Requesting correction of inaccurate information.
  • Requesting deletion of information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Objecting to or restricting certain processing.
  • Withdrawing consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Opting out of certain types of processing where required (we do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising).

To submit a request, email hello@amadorrisk.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right described above.

12. Children's Privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

13. International Visitors

We operate from the United States. If you access the site from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, which may have data protection rules different from those in your country.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date at the top of the page. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
